“Platform” refers to the website, its software, administrators, and the technical bridge connecting users.
“Influencer / Professional / Creator “ refers to any individual or entity registered on the platform to offer interaction, messages, or content.
“Fan / Member” refers to any registered user who deposits funds or utilizes points to interact with Influencers.
“Tokens / Points” refers to the virtual in-platform currency (managed via myCred or similar ledger tracking system) used exclusively to unlock services.
“The Bridge” refers to the asynchronous middleware architecture that relays web-based system requests to instant messaging networks, specifically the Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API.
Intermediary Status: The Platform acts strictly as a technology provider and intermediary. We do not employ, curate, vet, endorse, or manage any Influencers or the messages they send.
100% UGC Liability: All chats, text communications, ideas, advice, media, files, promises, or financial/career discussions exchanged between Fans and Influencers are 100% User-Generated Content. The Platform does not monitor these interactions and holds absolutely zero liability for the accuracy, legality, or decency of such exchanges.
No Token Expiration: Virtual points or tokens purchased on the platform do not have an expiration date. They remain credited to the Fan’s wallet balance indefinitely until spent.
Refund Policy:
Fans are eligible to request a real-money refund for deposited funds only if 100% of the purchased token balance remains untouched. If even a single token from a deposit package is spent anywhere on the website or feed, the entire remaining balance becomes completely non-refundable.
All eligible refunds are subject to a 2.5% payment gateway fee, which will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount before processing.
Automated System Response Windows: As tracked internally by the system backend logs (and verified in screencapture-skyfershipping-in-chat-wp-admin-admin-php-2026-06-23-10_56_17.jpg), if a Fan spends tokens to unlock a message or initiate a conversation, the Influencer must respond within the platform’s automated time window. If the Influencer fails to reply within this system-defined window, the transaction is automatically aborted by the platform, and the tokens are instantly returned to the Fan’s wallet balance.
Variable Platform Commissions: The Platform takes a dynamic percentage fee (“Platform Cut”) on creator transactions. This cut is clearly presented and updated within the Influencer’s dashboard configuration area when adjusting the “per-message” or chat interaction pricing. An Influencer’s continued use of the platform after pricing updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised fee structures.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Influencers can request a withdrawal or settlement to their verified bank account only when their net settled balance reaches a minimum threshold of ₹500 (INR) or $5 (USD).
Mandatory Tax Deductions: To comply with statutory legal and tax regulations, the Platform will automatically apply deductions from the gross earnings of the Influencer prior to releasing any payout. These deductions consist of:
1% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) in accordance with Section 194O of the Income Tax Act (governing e-commerce operators).
18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on applicable platform processing services.
Optional WhatsApp Utility: The transmission of chat alerts and communication relaying via external networks is an optional service. Influencers must explicitly check and give consent via the opt-in checkbox within their account configuration to activate WhatsApp routing features.
Network Suspension & Force Majeure: The platform operates using third-party utility integrations (including the Meta Cloud API). If Meta flags, suspends, limits, or completely blocks a phone number, api link, or proxy connection due to spam reports, volume triggers, or community standard violations:
The specific chat connection will immediately terminate.
Tokens deducted from the Fan’s account for successfully routed messages prior to the block remain spent and are non-refundable.
Tokens already credited to the Influencer’s account prior to the block will remain as their valid earnings.
The Platform is completely absolved of any financial or functional liability, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued to either party due to such external network disruptions.
Users (both Fans and Influencers) agree NOT to use the Platform to:
Violate any local, national, or international laws.
Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten other users.
Circumvent the platform’s payment architecture by sharing direct personal phone numbers, bank details, or external payment links within the chat interface to bypass the token system.
Transmit malware, viruses, or spam links through the WhatsApp proxy or website text interface.
Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its parent entity, operators, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from your reliance on advice, discussions, or interactions hosted through the platform’s web or WhatsApp interface.
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any account (Fan or Influencer) without prior notice or liability if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent financial activity, or triggers heavy spam complaints on the communication infrastructure.
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
If you have any questions, concerns, or legal inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our administration department directly through the support channel provided on our corporate homepage.
