    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Below are the points of our refund and cancellation policy of our platform “ConnectingI”.

    Because our services operate entirely on a virtual tokenized economy designed for digital interactions, consultations, and digital communication relays, we enforce a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

    By depositing funds, acquiring virtual points (“Tokens”), or initiating communication threads with Influencers or Professionals on this website, you fully acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

    1. No General Refunds on Virtual Points (Tokens)

    • Final Sale Allocation: All real-currency transactions made to acquire virtual points or tokens on the Platform are considered final. Once funds are deposited and converted into platform points, we do not provide any voluntary refunds or cash-outs for these points under any standard circumstances.

    • Non-Tangible Digital Content Asset: Because the platform tracks currency via a virtual micro-ledger system (such as myCred) to instantly provision server bandwidth, technical routing infrastructure, and creator visibility, tokens cannot be exchanged back into fiat currency, cash, or credit. Users are advised to buy only the exact number of tokens they intend to actively use.

    2. Automated Non-Response Protection (The 2-Day Rule)

    To safeguard Fans from unfulfilled interactions and guarantee marketplace fairness, the system operates a hard-coded, automated ledger safety net:

    • The 2-Day Operational Window: When a Fan spends points to initiate a private chat room, priority inquiry, or text relay with an Influencer or Professional, those points are securely held by the platform’s backend escrow system.

    • The Auto-Refund Trigger: If the selected Influencer or Professional fails to reply to the initiated message thread within exactly two (2) days (48 hours) from the moment of submission, the transaction is automatically aborted by the server.

    • Instant Wallet Reversal: Upon hitting the 48-hour expiration milestone without a creator response, 100% of the points allocated for that specific transaction are instantly reversed and auto-refunded back to the Fan’s virtual wallet balance. No administrative action or support ticket is required to trigger this reversal.

    3. No Cancellations or Returns

    • Service-Based Infrastructure: This Platform is an asynchronous communication middleware and a user-generated content (UGC) platform. It is not a product-based system. We do not sell, ship, or distribute physical inventory, physical merchandise, or tangible goods.

    • Immediate Consumption: Because all unlocked items, chat access points, and message routing features are digital services consumed or reserved immediately upon execution, there is no option for order cancellation, order modification, or physical product returns.

    • Irreversibility of Sent Messages: Once an Influencer or Professional responds to a message thread within the valid 2-day window, the service is legally deemed fully executed. Past successful message transmissions cannot be retracted, canceled, or refunded, regardless of whether the fan is personally satisfied with the subjective nature or tone of the creator’s reply.

    4. Abuse of the Automated Protection System

    The Platform reserves the right to audit, lock, or permanently delete the account of any user found abusing the 2-day automatic reversal system (e.g., intentionally submitting repetitive block texts or spamming channels to manipulate ledger configurations). In cases of proven platform exploitation, any remaining virtual points held within the user’s wallet will be permanently forfeited.
