2. No Professional-Client Relationship
No professional-client relationship (including but not limited to financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or psychological counseling relationships) is created by virtue of using the Platform.

For Fans: Any answers, suggestions, text instructions, or media files you receive from an Influencer are strictly for informational, educational, or entertainment purposes. You must never rely on communication through this platform as a substitute for certified professional consultations.

For Influencers: You explicitly agree that your interactions do not constitute official professional oversight. You are prohibited from representing yourself as a legally binding corporate advisor or fiduciary through this software interface unless explicitly registered and verified under regional laws.
3. Strict Compliance with Regional Jurisdiction and Local Laws
All users—both Fans and Influencers—are individually and strictly responsible for complying with the local, national, and international laws of their respective legal entities, residential locations, and jurisdictions.
⚠️ Mandatory Compliance Example: SEBI Regulations (India)
Under the rules set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), individuals are strictly prohibited from recommending specific stocks, options, or market buy/sell/hold targets to the public or private individuals unless they are officially registered with SEBI as a Registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA).
If an Influencer provides stock tips, financial advisory services, or portfolio management advice over this platform without active, valid regulatory credentials, they are doing so in direct violation of state law.
The Platform accepts zero liability for illegal, unregistered financial advisory activities. The Platform reserves the right to immediately terminate, block, and report any creator violating financial advertising and regulatory laws to relevant authorities.
4. Absolute Ban on Sharing Personal Contact and Financial Information
To maintain system safety, ensure anti-fraud protection, and safeguard user identity, the platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding data sharing outside of our technical ecosystem:

Prohibited Financial Disclosures: Users must never share credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, bank passwords, trading or Demat account login details, or UPI PINs inside the messaging interface.

Prohibited Personal Data: Sharing direct personal phone numbers, private WhatsApp IDs, personal email addresses, home addresses, or alternative offline transaction handles to bypass the platform’s native token configuration is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Fraud Liability: If a user chooses to bypass our proxy infrastructure and shares personal contact information or sensitive financial details in violation of this clause, the Platform is entirely absolved of liability. We will not be responsible for any resulting identity theft, financial fraud, bank hacks, offline stalking, extortion, or external harassment.
5. Absolute Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Platform, its parent entity, developers, administrative staff, or stakeholders be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, financial losses resulting from market stock tips, failed business ideas, bad investments, or emotional distress resulting from messages, text delays, or ghosting by creators. By using this service, you fully acknowledge that the Platform is a 100% User-Generated Content (UGC) channel and agree to completely release the web operators from all legal or structural accountability.
