You won’t fail if you just stop trying…
I know what you’re thinking…
We’ve been told our whole lives to try our best.
To try harder.
Push more.
Do more.
And honestly…
I’ve said it myself… and to my clients and even to me…
But what if… we stopped always trying? 👀
I know it might sound strange at first.
But hear me out….
The word TRY often carries an underlying sense of resistance…
It’s like we’re forcing ourselves through something unnatural…
It implies doubt… a lack of trust in ourselves and the process.
Think about it….
You don’t try to walk… you just walk.
You don’t try to eat… you just eat.
It’s only when something feels hard or we begin to doubt ourselves that we suddenly start to try…
And ironically…. that “trying” can create tension and stress that hold us back. 🫣
Take dieting, for example…
When you’re trying hard to only eat “clean,” you often feel stronger cravings for the very foods you’re avoiding…
It’s exhausting.
And it doesn’t have to be this way.
Sometimes, less effort = more results. 👌🏻
When you let go of forcing things…
when you release the pressure to constantly TRY… you allow progress to unfold naturally.
You move with life, not against it…
So instead of trying…
…Set clear goals
…Prepare yourself
…Take intentional action
…Then let it flow
Allow life to meet you where you are.
Let things happen…without the constant pressure of “trying.”
You’ll reduce stress.
You’ll improve focus.
You’ll learn and grow with more ease.
And yes…you’ll see better results.
Let go of the try. Embrace the do.
