    Community Guidelines

    Our mission is to bridge the gap between creators and their most engaged supporters through a frictionless, secure, and respectful messaging ecosystem. To keep our web hub and automated WhatsApp routing network healthy, safe, and productive, all users—both Fans and Influencers—must adhere to these Community Guidelines.

    Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate account suspension, token forfeiture, or a permanent ban from the ecosystem.

    👥 1. For Fans / Members

    ✅ What You SHOULD Do:

    • Respect the Creator’s Time: Understand that our platform operates as an asynchronous communication loop. While our system enforces automated response windows, give Influencers time to provide meaningful replies from their WhatsApp.

    • Keep Interactions Professional & Constructive: Use your tokens to ask high-value questions, seek education, request professional insights, or share positive feedback.

    • Report Compliance Violations: If an Influencer makes fraudulent claims, requests your private banking logins, or breaks local regulations, report them to our administration support immediately.

    • Manage Your Token Balance Safely: Keep track of your native wallet balance. Ensure your account is sufficiently funded before initiating priority or express chat requests.

    ❌ What You MUST NOT Do:

    • Harass or Abuse Creators: Do not use the chat interface to send abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or highly intrusive messages. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against cyberbullying.

    • Solicit Personal Contact Details: Do not ask the Influencer for their personal phone number, private email, home address, or social handle IDs to circumvent the platform’s token ecosystem.

    • Attempt Financial Fraud: Do not send spam links, phishing URLs, malicious software, or unauthorized advertisements into the text interface.

    📢 2. For Influencers / Creators

    ✅ What You SHOULD Do:

    • Honor Your Response Windows: To maintain trust and protect your platform earnings, ensure you reply to fan messages from your personal WhatsApp within the designated system turnaround window.

    • Know Your Local Regulations: Ensure that any expertise, advice, or ideas you share comply with the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., if you are in India, you must be a SEBI-registered professional to provide specific stock market recommendations).

    • Explicitly Opt-In Safely: Use the platform configurations to toggle your WhatsApp availability. Check the opt-in conditions only if you intend to actively monitor and route your incoming fan pipeline.

    • Keep Conversations within the Relay: Utilize the platform’s text routing to protect your privacy. Your personal phone number remains completely hidden from the public when you reply within the proxy network.

    ❌ What You MUST NOT Do:

    • Share Off-Platform Payment Access: Do not send personal UPI IDs, direct bank accounts, or external payment links (such as Google Pay/PhonePe links) in your chats to bypass the platform transaction cut.

    • Guarantees and Promises: Do not make fraudulent guarantees, lock financial investments, or promise verified outcomes to fans in exchange for tokens or offline payouts.

    • Spam or Broadcast Abuse: Do not abuse the WhatsApp API connection by blasting bulk marketing spam, non-consensual promotional text, or unsolicited files to fans, as this can cause Meta to block your number.

     3. Shared Accountability (The Golden Rules)

    • 100% UGC Territory: Both parties acknowledge that the Platform acts strictly as a technical proxy relay. All text exchanges, media files, and ideas are strictly User-Generated Content (UGC), and users are entirely liable for their own discussions.

    • No Sharing of Sensitive Data: Neither side should ever request or share highly sensitive financial credentials, including net banking passwords, CVVs, UPI PINs, or Demat account logins.

    • Platform Discretion: The Platform administrators reserve the ultimate right to lock threads, void payouts, freeze token balances, and delete profiles if a user’s behavior threatens the security, legal compliance, or operational integrity of our community.
